The products ordered from Brind’Art are always delivered to the address that the Customer indicates when ordering, and the Customer is provided with all the information about the order in our order confirmation and shipping notifications.

Continental Portugal, Azores and Madeira.
European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Poland, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden.

Delivery times
The deadline for delivery comes into effect after the actual confirmation of payment of the order, not being considered for the deadline of the weekend days.

Delivery Costs
Deliveries in Continental Portugal for orders over 100€ have free delivery costs, for other deliveries, the cost is calculated based on the weight of the order and the respective destination of delivery, and are added to the value of the order.
Packaging
Our orders are always delivered in extremely sturdy double corrugated cardboard boxes, and each bottle is packed with an individual interior protection that protects the bottles from external shocks and keeps them safe inside the carton.

After completing your order, you will receive in your email a reference for payment that can be paid in any Cash Machine or through the Homebanking service of your bank.

Bank transfer
By selecting this payment method you can pay by bank transfer or direct deposit into our account. The data for the payment will be sent by email together with the confirmation of your order. Please indicate the Order Number as a reference when making the transfer or deposit.
